Lawrence Cockburn from Dnata will be discussing the national implementation of the Advanced Information Service (AIS).

Subject to operational priorities we hope to also have Lindy Beach from Border Force attending, with an update on the operation of the Border Force Public counter in Manchester Airport Terminal 2.
