DESCRIPTION:All companies in the UK have a legal responsibility to prevent fraud\, introduced as part of the Economic Crime and Corporate Transparency Act (2023). In this webinar for BIFA members\, we will seek to simplify the legislation and and provide practical advice to ensure that you are not caught out. \n \n  \n  \n  \nBIFA will be joined by two lawyers from Birketts\, a UK Top 50 law firm with a specialist transport and logistics team.
