DESCRIPTION:As a member of BIFA\, your company operates under the BIFA Standard Trading Conditions (STC) which are essentially “the rules of the game”. \nThe STC place a number of responsibilities on you (representing the company) and on the customer\, they also define actions that can be taken in the event of a dispute and the limits of liability in the event of loss of or damage to cargo. \nA basic understanding of the STC is essential for all personnel dealing with customers and freight movements. During this virtual YFN event\, senior policy & compliance advisor\, Robert Windsor\, will introduce the STC\, explain their incorporation and outline the responsibilities of each party to the contract. \nThis event is CPD recognised and attendance will earn a 1-hour learning credit \nRegister now to attend this virtual event.
