DESCRIPTION:Cameron has worked in the freight forwarding industry for 3 years; and been involved in the general logistics field for a further 5 years. His freight forwarding journey began when he joined the graduate scheme at DHL Global Forwarding in 2021. Through this programme\, he had the opportunity to work in various departments\, improving skills and expanding his network both nationally and internationally. Cameron has recently transitioned into his first management role within the company\, overseeing a business-critical process with direct reports spread across the country and requiring communication with individuals in the UK and beyond. \nCameron says “In the presentation\, I will discuss the challenges I have encountered as a young manager in an established industry and business.
