Mandy Deakin-Snell is an international supply chain consultant, executive coach and industry speaker with over 30 years’ experience in global logistics and e-commerce networks. Having held senior leadership roles including positions with DPD and the Geopost Group, she now advises organisations on supply chain strategy, leadership and operational performance.

Mandy is the founder of MDS Alignment and Head of NeX Academy, where she leads initiatives focused on developing future supply chain and e-commerce talent. She is passionate about helping organisations inspire the next generation of professionals and build the leadership capability needed to navigate increasingly complex global supply chains.
