BIFA and the City of Bristol College collaboration
Updates from the City of Bristol College on the actions taken so far as a result of member engagement, and the future plans for this collaboration.

Challenges facing the freight forwarding industry
• We will run an instant poll to gather the top 3 challenges each member is experiencing
• These will then be discussed and taken up by BIFA in our discussions with the government departments over the coming months

The redevelopment of the Heathrow cargo facilities project
We will discuss the outcomes and decisions from the workshops recently held with the Transit Sheds, Hauliers, and Freight Forwarders. Members will be asked to give their views and ideas on the progress of the project.

We will also be providing an update on the rollout of the AIS (Advanced Information System) and how this is impacting Heathrow airfreight landside efficiency

• Air updates, including CAA activities and Gatwick cargo developments
