Kevin Shakespeare from The Chartered Institute of Export and International Trade & Joe Benucci from Netcompany will be speaking around strengthening the freight and logistics sector through skills development and innovation.
Kevin will cover education, training, and professional standards, highlighting how BIFA members can build expertise and address industry skills gaps.
Joe will focus on digital transformation, particularly the opportunities for AI to improve efficiency and operations in freight. As Netcompany has now been selected by HMRC to implement and operate the next phase of the Trader Support Service (TSS), Joe can provide an insight on the next steps.
