BIFA Regional Members Meeting – Avonmouth

Richard Steeples, Head of FEDAT (Freight Engagement and Data Lead) and Chris Hodges (Compliance Lead), Border Force, will give you an update and take questions on Safety and Security.
Steve Freeman, Board member of the Rail Freight Group and Chairman of RailX, will update on the latest initiatives and available capacity on UK rail freight and explain how RAILX, the digital platform and train booking App, enables booking capacity on UK container services, providing access to intermodal rail across the UK.
Adnan Zaheer from iCustoms.ai will provide a follow up to his presentation from the last meeting with:
➔ Different examples of where and how AI is being used by forwarders
➔ The practicalities of implementation
➔ How long implementation might take
➔ How those companies who are already using AI for customs have managed the transition
