BIFA Member Event – Changes affecting users of HCI and NES web from 29 January 2024
As of 29 January 2024, HMRC will be implementing changes affecting some HCI and NES Loaders & Consolidators submitting movement messages or consolidations via the following two CHIEF submission routes: Human Chief Interface (HCI), or any of HMRC’s National Exports Services (NES).
The following message types will be affected by the change:
- Arrival messages (AEAL)
- Departure messages (AEDL)
- Associations or disassociations (AEAC)
- Shut MUCRs (ACST)
